Does anyone have had the similar problem:
you know the plastic above the door sills? ... my jetta has a black interior... so that plastic part is black.. now as time goes on my passenger side was sat by different people, and they don't really care about my car... their shoes would always get dirt on that piece of plastic.
Now... i have tried and use wet cloth to wipe it... it's gone when the plastic is still wet... but after a while.. the dirt marks come out again...
does anyone know how to clean it?
any help would be appreciated.

Don't know if they sell this product in Canada, but there is a product sold called "Goof Off" It is usually sold in a bright yellow aluminum can. Becareful, if you use too much it will take the paint right off!

Try SimpleGreen on a wet sponge or an interior cleaner and/or conditioner. Use GoofOff as a last resort; it's an extremely harsh chemical solvent that will harm your car if you're not careful.
My Jetta's black interior gets the same treatment, but a wet washcloth does the job at removing the scuff marks/dirt.

Goof-Off's The Best! I've Got A Beige Interior So Goof-Off Is My Best Friend! Just Put Some On A Cloth And Wipe. It Will Take ANYTHING Off! Just Have A Damp Cloth Handy To Wipe The Area Clean Once Your Done With The Goof-Off. Fingernail Polish Remover Works Fairly Well Also, And Smells A Little Better.

im in the car detailing buisness and a great product to use is blue coral leather and vinyl cleaner with a wheel brush. it works great on plastic . then when your done to protect it spray it with silicone and then wipe it with a terry cloth and it will stay beautiful!
