One transmission is 400km the new one 80km.
Automotive tire Automotive air manifold Gas Metal Auto part

There is one sensor I broke when taking it out. Im thinking I can glue it back together.

Waiting on the parts still.

Will keep cleaning dirty parts.

The timing belt looks OK. Thought gonna learn how to take off old one.

There's a good leak coming from power steering pump.

Somewhere there is a AC leak. AC works when I filled it.
Replaced both valves. Lost pressure within 5days.

Was thinking maybe my slave cylinder works ok. I do have the other one that also works. The line that runs to the slave looks little funny.

Maybe just clean the metal line that's going to the slave and put honey goo on it to keep it longer.
I believe there's no leak for all brakes. And slave has lots of pressure when pushing it in.
If I need to bleed the line I will, if I don't then better.

I have found a problem, there are two tubes and a piece connecting in the middle of both. It had nothing securing it together. It pulled to easily off. Very good possibility of the mess maker?

it's not the big metal antifreeze one. There are a total of three lines open. It's running along the front of the motor tucked away.

Another thing to discuss, the seal on the block looks really new. With new bolts. The flywheel had originally bolts and was really rusty.
I have some pictures.
Anyone thinks this is OK still? It may also be oem. All parts I've taken out have been oem. LUK.

I would see ac freon on that side of the car hood. Both valves were changed.
Maybe that canister?
Still looking, gonna changed timing belt. Will have more space to look when I start that.
I'm still waiting on my parts.
Thanks for all the help. Really good website 👍 👌 👏 😊 😀

If you haven't already go ahead and grease and replace the CV joints while you have everything apart. I did when I replaced mine with a vr6 clutch and flywheel
You just replaced the actual joint?

I put a new drive axle on driverside. 10km ago
Passenger side not complete.
Is it easy to replace only joints?

Thanks for reaching out.

Hey,
Update on the a hose that had no clips, just lose pipe. Dose anyone think it's oil coming out making this mess, or is there something else to consider looking at? All help greatly appreciated!
Ý

Heyy, just found out it's called crankcase breather hose!
This was connected without clips.

I'm sitting outside it's raining I have the tarp up and heater on. It's like camping👍.
If I just wait a little longer, then I can start making more noise. 3am nobody wants to hear a impact!
I have most parts to work with. Some I need later. Clutch I'll put in after the new timing belt kit goes in with more room now to install.

In the rain, in the driveway, middle of the night, engine held up with a wizard stick. Love watching the journey.

Are you starting to go back together yet? Getting a deep cleaning in?

Hey everyone,
Thank you so much for the kind words.
Yeah, I was on a roll today for a little bit. Had family stuff to do and had to stop.
The bols on the crankcase sprocket are out!
I have the old timing belt out and was so close to completing this task!
