It seems the general agreement on clutches is that a sachs will handle most mildly modified engines. What about very modified? I plan to run around 300bhp through my O2A with LSD. What clutches do you recomend. I haven't seen a lot of options. Neuspeed?
Thanks

Re: Clutch for big power (ZeeuwVW)

Sachs Race clutch if you can find one at a decent price. I know the PP and the Disc are both around $600 each typically.
The Sport Clutch would also work for that kind of power...the Race and Sport actually have the same clamp pressure, but the Race is something like 40% lighter because of the aluminum construction.
If this is a street driven car though, I would personally recommend keeping a sprung center disc. A solid disc is a PITA to drive around the city!
Clutch Masters also has applications for our cars I think. One of their "Stage 4" clutches seems like it would also work.
