Since I've been here, I'm trying to soak up as much as possible, without rehashing the old stuff. I did a search on Colored Lights in the forum and got no results.
The topic is listed above. It looks like I'm going to go quad round (green lights), badged grille on my 86 GL and keep my stock 14 inch steel wheels with plastic VW wheel covers.
Can someone photoshop that look onto my car? Also any instructions or links to these lights would be great.

It'll look totally sh!te, you don't need Photoshop to be able to tell that.
4 lamp grilles are bad enough, but green lights?? what were you thinking?
BTW I've got a 5 door 1.6GL auto Golf the same colour as your Jetta, same bumpers too.

Hmmm...you think it will look bad? I would just like a little color on the lights. As much as I despise the dork scene, I do like the colored lights I see on some of the A2 pics.
You must not be a fan of the dual round grille, eh? That is personal preference. I like the look of the 4 round lights, espeically on Jettas.

My car came from the factory with a 4 lamp grille. I gave it away, gladly.

It's just a matter of personal taste. Sorry you got rid of them. what did you get, single rounds? Personally, I don't care for the singles because they make the car look old and cheap.

Quad rounds are ok in my opinion. If I had a set I'd switch back and forth from the quads and the setup I have now. (duals)
