the one on vermont is at the tip of korea town, not exactly the "nicest area". the one on higland is on the nice part of hollywood, the one on wilshire is also in korea town, but a nice hotel!
is say the radison on wilshire is the nicest, but the one in hollywood should be the most interesting.

Stay at Radisson. Safest place. I live in LA and I think you will be better off in Radisson. I use to work across the street from the Hotel. Hollywood and Vermont are isn't that nice at night. Wilshire Blvd is the safest. Hotel ambiance is much better. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

The only other question would be what are you doing in LA, as in where do you need to go and which might be more convenient for where you're going (and if you have a car). Mybee it's not an issue.

i work at the Hilton LAX & can get you a great rate. Neighborhood doesn't offer muchbut hotel is nice & we have 1,234 rooms so space is not a problem. Good beach access & if the weather stays good, you have to hit Hermosa Beach. You'll fall in love every 10 feet you travel on the strand! Gus.

well we booked the holiday inn...so is that not a good part of town...we are just spending one night there, the rest of time we are there we will be staying with the in-laws RV at a rv park...
i was really just looking for something in the better parts of town, but not really over a $100.00 a night...
my wife is wanting to see all of the hollywood area, so not far from that would be a bonus..
how bad of a neighborhood is the holiday inn in...??

thanks again for all the help...
p.s. any of you la dubbers want to represent you vw scene while i'm there...
