Complete Bora OEM HID Replicas in stock now!

Since the OEM Bora HIDs are no longer in production, incredibily hard to find and over $2000 US, we've come up with a quality alternative solution.
We will offer this kit in two different options:
1) Helix Bora OEM replica housings (ONLY) that come with 12 and 10 pin connectors . These are the same as the Bosch OEM HIDs but they can be converted to a 10 pin plug, therefore no 10 to 12 pin adapters needed.
Option 1 $499 shipped to anywhere US (except hawaii & alaska)
2) Helix Bora OEM replica housings with a Race HID kit & the 10 pin adapters installed to make these headlights 100% plug and play.
The Race HID bulbs/ballasts come with a full year warranty. I have to say that they are very impressive and well worth the money.
The HID kits include:
Helix Projector Headlights
D2S HID capsules
ballasts
mounting hardware
(they are plug & play)
We will throw in the 42 Draft Design H6W white LEDS for the city bulb lights at no charge if requested.
We can upgrade the high beams if you wish at an additional cost.

Option #2 $1000 US shipped to anywhere US (except hawaii & alaska)

The HIDs come in any kelvin you wish. I don't recommend anything lower than a 4300K as it is too yellow or anything above 8000K as it becomes too purple, visibility is limited and you will get pulled over by the cops. The kelvin temperature colors are as follows:
4300-very white halogen "look"
5000-very white
6000-white with a blue-ish hue (typical "look" that comes on new audis, bmw, & mercedes)
8000-blue color
These headlights do not come with headlight motors.
PM me or email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Cheers
Kendall

no offense but for 1k id rather get oem hids, they are true hid projectors with d2s bulbs where these use h7

Sorry that was a mistake on our end these use D2S capsules not H7 capsules. These headlighs are an exact copy of the OEM HIDs except for the frosted relector in the front of the light. The only difference is that the 12 pin plug is removable and they supply a 10 pin plug which is what we use with our RACE D2S HID kits.
Cheers,

so option two is upgraded highbeams for 1k?

No, option #2 provides you with the HID bulbs + ballasts, along with the option of "better" high beams.
PG's decription is a little fuzzy to read, but go through it a second time... it makes sense.

when will option #2 be available for golfs?

Hello Nick,
We don't have OEM replica HID's available for the Golf 4 but we are able to add HID kits in most of the projector headlights that are available for Golfs. We have had great success with the Hella Golf 4 angle eye headlights and with our Race H7 6000K headlights.
The Race H7 capsules have the same focal point as a Halogen H7 bulb. The reason you need a perfect focal point for the Hella's is because the Hella's use a very focused projector and if the focul point of the bulb is wrong the light pattern is horrible and you will have less light than with a halogen bulb.
From all the research I have done on HID kits I have found that the best quality still comes from Germany but for the money Korean HID kits are the best, than Kits made in Taiwan and then China.
The Race kits are made in Korea and they supply to OEM manufacturers and provide us with a 1 year warranty on the HID kits.

The Hella Golf 4 projectors with Angel Eyes with the RACE HID's run for $999 US shipped. 1 year warranty
The Hella Golf 4 projectors with Angel Eyes with the Taiwan HID kits run for $899 US shipping. 6 months warranty

Option #2 is a set of Helix Bora OEM replica headlights with a Race D2S HID kit installed with 42 draft design White LED's, regular halogen high beam and blinker bulbs.
If you want we can upgrade you high beams for an additional charge.

4300k is OEM on ALL cars sold. NOT 6000k
return to your regularly scheduled program

You are correct 4300K is the typical kelvin that is found on most cars. What we are trying to say is that some newer cars have a rather white/blue appearance which is what the Race 6000K imitate.
We've used many HID kit brands out there and have found that one brands 6000K will be different than another brands so its really hard to just tell someone your getting 6000K when they are all a little different.
So to conclude the Wideview 6000K is by far the most popular and has the appearance of the new BMW, Audi, MB, Lexus, ETC that have that blue/white appearance.
Cheers,
