just make sure your rubber gasket/O-ring on the bulb holder looks good.

I had the $$$ oem ones from oempl. They developed condensation in one within 3mo. Got the ebay ones shortly after and haven't had an issue in 12mo.

Do you have bixenons? There is a TSB about the HID cover bolts being torqued too tight and cracking the cover allowing moisture to collect in the housing.

Yes I do. When I think about it, there was no moisture until the dealer performed the clip recall on the headlights. Car goes in tomorrow at 8:15 am.
