You'll have to seal them up to eliminate it, but for a temporary solution get a blow dryer and dry out whatever moisture is inside right now. Make sure the rubber gasket is tight between the light and the body of the car.

ok so i guess i have to take off the light again..damn and its on the driver's side too (the hard one)...so i guess it won't just go away by itself, huh?

LOL, the little vw gremlins cause problems in our cars, not fix them

You don't have to take the light off to dry the inside out, just remove the bulb harness. To really fix the problem you'll have to reseat the seal and make sure there aren't any folds and that it's flush against the body, that will require at least undoing some screws. Good luck!
