HEY HOW CAN I PUT A CONE FILTER ON MY 2.0L 16V JETTA, WHAT DO I DO WITH ALL THAT STUFF ON MY AIR BOX IF IT CAN EVEN BE DONE?

Can't be done dude. You cannot relocate the fuel distributor, it has to stay mounted ont he top of the air box. Your best bet is to check out Eurosport's website and order up their version of an intake for the 16v. It's basically a piece that replaces the lower half and is completely open.
