Im from So Cal and our Garrett chip installer has gone out of business. The only reason I wanted the Garrett chip was because it was an aggressive one. Can anyone swear by their neuspeed chip and say its better then Garrett's. If so does Neuspeed have anything more the a 1.0 bar upgrade. Thanx

Re: Considering Neuspeed Chip?? (GTI Knight)

go with upsolute.
I have ridden in GIAC chipped cars and UP and UP has a little less power, $250 less, smoother.

>>dont flame him bc he mentioned the word neuspeed

If you want GIAC like aggresivness dont get the NS. The Q-Chip from AutoTech is more like what you want. They are in So Cal too and the chip is CARB approved (if that matters).

Happy with mine, lots of fun, no increased fuel consumption, smooth idle, no issues at all (knock on wood). A bit less aggressive, but I was told it was the easiest on the engine; true or not, can't say for sure?? http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Re: Considering Neuspeed Chip?? (OnTheGreen)

I drove from Seattle to Neuspeed to get my car chipped. It was bad ass out of the box, but now that I have bank into my car, I need a chip upgrade to get into the 12's. Stay away from Neuspeed unless you are only going to do a chip, exhaust, intake and springs. It was cheap, I was dumb.
