coolant temp sensor

what is the part number and what is the procedure for removal/replacement? where is it located, etc? thanks!

coolant temp sensor should be on the side of the head, near the distributor, with one wire coming off it, that tells coolant temp to gauge

But the bid-ness sensor for the CIS control unit is in the same area with a white plastic two-wire connector.

yup dont have the PN handy but just:
unscrew the old one (with the new one at the ready)
place finger over hole to lose minimal coolant
replace sender and tighten to spec
top off coolant if needed.

and don't forget teflon tape on the threads.
