does anyone have an idea how much it would cost to have a 30 second slot on a howard stern morning show radio station. i cant find any info, and the stations have not emailed me back.

You might have better luck contacting the radio station by telephone and speaking to someone in advertising.
Many ad agencies also have a media buying department that purchases time slots, and can give you an idea of what various broadcast venues can cost.
Email, while near-instant, is often instantly ignored.
