I would think a rebuild would include bore/hone the cylinders, new pistons, re-condition the rods and grind or polish the crankshaft.
How many miles on this motor? What kind of shape is it in?
There are a couple ways to go;
1. hire a machinist to do the entire job
2. buy the pieces, hire the machine work and assemble yourself
Call several engine rebuilders in your area and ask for a quote.
Happy wrenching,

Many ABAs can be had with under 100k, where in my opinion putting new rings in is unnescessary.
Bearings are fairly inexpensive, I think around $20? Oils pumps are in the neighborhood of $100-$150, depending on where you go for it.

Bearings are a little more than that. The dealer has lowered the price on ABA oil pumps to ~$50.
