ok, good questions.........first off, automatic................yech!!!!!!!! this one is a stick and as for the rates, both would be a big help. I'm gonna have to lease but I'm trying to figure out between this CPO car or a 2002 Jetta 1.8T with Luxury pkg and maybe the leather pkg. If I save a lot I'll stick with the 2000 jetta.

Thanks, you've been very helpful; some more questions. What figures are you using for aquisition fees and the like and what would I use to compute the money factor and residual values on the 2002 models for a 48 month lease, especially the 1.8T? Is it safe to say 36 months is the longest term on a CPO? What do you know about the "Driver's Option" program? The dealer is steering me away from that. As long as I like the new Jetta, I'll probably end up buying it. Cash flow is just a little low this year but the future looks brighter.
