Crystal clear Westmoreland headlights..

Where to get? I found some web pages for this years ago, but one is innactive, and I lost the other.
A Norwegian guy needs some for a Subaru Justy. Partstrain.com couldn't ship abroad.

I had these lights on my westy, relayed with overwattage bulbs. Never melted or anything like that.
