So today i took my car in for service at penske audi, and ... my passenger side rim were curbed by them, and i just noticed it RIGHT NOW.... :-/ And i know i didn't do it

Am i basically screwed?

no ur not, did u report the incident to the service manager. Usually one of the guys there does a walk around of the car to see any exterior problems with the car. Find out who did the walk around, ask them to tell the manager that there was no curbage on your wheels when u brought your car there.

good advice.
i always do my own walk-around when i pick up my car from anywhere. people think im crazy when they see me touching the underside of my door and front bumper

i usually do that, but i guess i forgot to do it! well due to thxgiving their close lol so i need to call tomorrow. But the good news is that my service consultant is a member of audizine.
