I have a 1995 Golf VR6 with a custom made Twin Turbo in it i would like to know if i have a chance against a 1997 Viper GTS that my Friend owns is there a chellenge or is it a waste of time and gas

Do you have pics???? What do you run in a 1/4? My friends DSM turbo runs a mid 11 and he beat a 96 GTS by about 8 to 10 car lengths.

Sure you can beat the Viper. But, it depends on the weather at the fantasyland race track, and if you're using high octane fairy dust, or just the normal street stuff.

viper gts runs 12.2 -12.5 stock... if the gti is properly tuned he'll have no problem walking him but if the gti isn't making the power it should out of twin turbo like 375whp + then its a different story

in the 1/4 mile last i checked i had ran a 11.65 which i think is preety fast

i got the 4motion imported from a friend out in germany yeh they dont sell them here in the states well that i kno of but i want able to find one so i had it inported it costed me but was well worth it
