i am looking to do a custom sub install in my mk3 GOLF
i have plenty of time on my hands ...i just recently broke my foot so i am gonna have alot of free time?
anyone have a link on how to or have pic that could help me out
i currently have 2 12z her is a pic

i would like to make the back look a bit better than what it is like right now...any sugestions?

sorry i dont have any pics but i bet there are tons all over if u search, but i like the false floors with like a plexiglass covering over the subs, and u can even carve the VW into it, or do two seperate boxes for each sub on the sides of your trunk kind of molded in to keep smooth lines on the walls. hope it helps

i saw the sickest set up the other day. this dude bought like gargoyle plastic molds, and mad the subs coming out of the mouth of each gargoyle. it was frickin amazing. and clean too! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Hit up Mark(1a3trek) He has the sweetest sub set up I have ever seen. Its a jetta though, but you'll get the idea.

Im goin subs too, but dont want to lose all my trunk space, anyways to mount them on top of that black covering that moves when the hood is open? Thats where i would love to have it, but eh, its all good

LOL ok, why not? I know i dont want to put a lot of pressure on it, so im rebacing it with a metal dowel, and have to find a better way to hook it to the hatch. I would like to have most of the pressure on the back seats so it doesnt break

lol I know, power before looks, theres no way my car is gonna end up like that lol.
But come on people, why doesnt anyone mount it there to save trunk space? I guess cause it would be in the ears of whoever is sitting there. IS there anywheres else to put it other than the trunk? Is it worth getting one of the bazooka cylinder sets and putting them under the seats? and 1 or 2

ant it to just look better put false walls on either side of the box i currently have and make a trap door in spare tire well but i dont hink i can do it myself
