i did search, but i want more recent opinions, was there a noticable difference with this, i am buying one already cut for 50.00, i have a 2.0 16v with a 1.8 and i am hoping to get some more high rpm power out of this, and input would be great
thanks, joe

Here is a direct quote from Rocco2nr's article:
"The idle will be nice and lumpy, and it may be best to get an adjustable cam gear if you dont have one already, so you can tweak the power band. On a stock 2.0 16v, expect a very slight loss in torque under 4000 rpms, and improved power from 4000-6000 rpms. "
