how many ft lbs of torque does the 30mm bolt need to be on a 98 vr6? thanks

Tighten to 50 ft-lbs before lowering weight onto the bearing housing.
Once on the ground, torque to 148 ft-lbs.
Back off 1 full turn.
Torque to 50 ft-lbs.
Turn another 30 degrees. (1/12 turn)
