I put in an order for some stuff recently and he is the most helpful VW dealership rep I have ever encountered. He replies to your emails PROMPTLY and answers all of your questions. He is flexible with pricing, sets up some of the best GB's on the tex, and will do everything in his power to get what you need as quick as possible.
If only more dealerships were as attentive, accomodating and courteous!
The dealerships in the PA, NY area that I've dealt with put VW dealerships to shame - a lot are snotty, get annoyed quickly and 99% of the time NEVER reply to your emails, never return phone calls, nor are willing to price match.
