Dash Insert for 1992 Eurovan/T4

No Longer Needed - I repaired the broken tabs!


I'm looking for the black dash insert for an early year Eurovan, left hand drive that matches the pattern of holes shown in the diagram and photo attached. Sorry, I can't find a part number, but the piece is marked item number 31 on the diagram of the dashboard parts. My van is a 1992 Eurovan CV, 2.5 l gas, MT with air conditioning.
