Is there a way to make your daytime running lights not turn on when you drive?

Yeah there is, and its very simple...

Just a question, does this disable drl only during driving, or regardless on the position of the switch?
I want to retain drl, but disable when low beam turns on, because the yellowish drl spoil the HID color

unless anyone of you knows where I can get the white version of drl lightbulb for my Bosch HID OEM kit. (note: it's not the same as the stock one)
