While that's an awesome way to go, it's not completely nessesary. For ignition you can save some cash with a Saab 900 Vac advance dizzy with early Rabbit wiring harness. Going with a carter pump will save a few bucks as they're internally regulated. Also get a manifold from (www.sandstorm2.com) as they're a bit cheaper than TWM and come with the vib dampers.
Score some 45's off Ebay with the expectations of rebuilding them. And you're set. Tho if you have the cash, go with a kit like mentioned. It'll be just that much easier.

So once you do these steps plus the carb synchronization and tuning. The system should run reliable? I'm looking into doing a 9A 16v build soon with 40-45 dcoe's. I'm trying to figure out what components I will need. I'm not a show car kind of guy. I just like cool stuff 😆.
