DE GTI transmission swap into MKIV

Where I come from, we only get RHD, so the idea of a DE GTI appearing on our shores is pretty slim. Wondereing if anybody is planning on transplanting a DE 6spd tranny into a MKIV GTI?
If so, are there any leads as to how extensive the mod is gonna be? Any help would be great.

Any idea how and where I can get a list of the required parts? I assume it would take more than just the 6 spd gearbox itself.
