Holy Mama those are the kind of things that piss me off. I hope you didn't keep your tongue in your pocket with this guy. Dealership like to rip people off. When my mom when for check up with her car, a headlight bulb was burned. So they charged her 60 bucks for changing the bulb. But I had changed one before and it really takes 30 seconds...
I went back to the dealership (it was a Mercedes dealership, can you imagine!) and gave them CRAP. Nevertheless they wrote-off the whole bill and we didn't have to pay a penny. We are still not doing service for her car there anymore.
