[VWC228]

Does anyone here go to the VW dealership in Mississauga or Oakville? if so, let me know which one is better, if u've been to both. I live literally right in the middle of these two, and would be interested to know who does better work. I used to get my Corrado serviced at the Oakville dealership, and I've had a few problems with them, but the Mississaiga dealership wasnt open then..

Haven't used either but Georgetown on highway 7 is great. Check them out if you don't mind the extra distance.

I second Georgetown. I live in mississauga, and bought my car from there. They have been the best of the 7 dealers I've been to when pricing and buying the car. They are great. I would not consider going anywhere else. It takes about 20 min to get there from Erin Mills and Eglington.

Oakville is alright for sales, if you do go there, ask for scott stren, rosedale in burlington is good too, ask for armando, I thought mississauga had the best service dept, oakville's is hostile, never had any done in burlington. One thing about miss is that they dont move too much on pricing where oak and burl were willing to deal

thanks for the info..i most likely will be going to the mississauga one at first just to check them out.....but Im not sure what they will be like. I went in and talked a few times with a sales rep there and he took me for a test drive and all...he was pretty cool, BUT i ended up placing an order at another dealership because I got a damn good price (a $500 markup..so i saved myself almost $3000)...Im just a little worried about how these dealers will treat me when I come in having bought a car from someone else and get my work on warranty done there..? Any experience on this?

I bought my winter tires there and had them installed. The service guys had no problems with the fact that I bought it from a different dealer. I was even told to come back for my 5k check. Actually, I went there to check them out because another vortexer "Nerio" has nothing but good stuff to say about them. Now that I've been there, I have to second that.

Im glad to hear that their is at least ONE good VW dealerships around...the only ones I have had an experience with was the Oakville one ([email protected]% holes) and the Mississauga Port Credit ones....even bigger [email protected]% holes)...so, i guess it would be worth the drive to Georgetown....thanks, u guys have been very helpful!!
FYI: a friend of mine is very close to getting a job with VW...if he gets that job he will be working at improving VW's service at dealerships....I've told him hes got a lot of work to do....

Heard good things about Georgetown, never serviced there cause it's too far from Richmondhill
I know one thing for sure. Stay AWAY from VW Villa! I cannot describe the kind of idiots that work there. I almost slapped the damn manager the last time I was there..
