yes it will bolt up, yes you can use it... but i would not recomend it... the diesels have almost no HP and lots of torque and a gasser is the complete opposite.. a gas tranny will max out very quickly and you would not be going that fast... if it is a temporary thing ok fine... but if you want to keep it in there a while find yourself a FF or a FN out of a diesel....
