Feasable, but rather expensive in my opinion. I'd just get a flange to fit the downpipe, weld a short (3-5") piece of pipe to it, and get the spiral flex hose from your local part store. This will improve the flow, almost COMPLETELY eliminate "exhaust shake" on acceleration/deceleration, and cost only about $15-$20 for the whole set-up. The only down side to it is that you'll have to replace the flex every couple of years, but that only costs about $5.
