Re: Different types of 16V Valve Cover? (killa)

early 90's audi A8 I believe left side cover will work as that motor uses 16v based heads. or just modify the stock one. grinding off the ridges and givin it a nice polishing looks hot http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Re: Different types of 16V Valve Cover? (webthread)

Does anyone make a really lightweight one? I did find someone doing carbon fibre ones in Germany but when I emailed him they turned out to be standard ones covered in CF and so were 300 or 400 grams heavier than std.

hello,
formerly known as 16V-Sauger

Does this mean I have to change the names of all those directories of photos I have saved from 16V-Sauger's engine build-up?

drilling holes in it will lighten it up

I'd look at the steel parts for weight savings before the aluminium ones http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Right hand side Audi V8 3.6 and 3.7 and Audi 100 s4 4.2 valve cover can be used.
Not sure if these models are sold in the US though
