Discovered another new noise?

When the brakes are applied at low speeds, I can hear a single knock from the drivers side front suspension. Almost sounds like brake pads, or maybe it's associated with the swaybar?? I'll have to add it to the list I'm giving the dealer on monday. Anyone else noticed this on theirs?
