my 98 passat has a stock diverter valve without a line running off the top (so there are only two lines total). I want to install the tt diverter valve, but it has the third line on top. What gives?/What to do?

1 plugs into the turbo inlet hose, the other is what diverts the air back into the air intake. i thought the 3rd line was a vaccum line.....

isn't it different for the passat? oen of my firends from the the local gtg, said the location of the dv is different. so i don't know if the tt dv is compatible with your setup. But that is only what i heard, so someone correct me if i am wrong
