Do you get a mental picture of the cars in songs?
The other day I was thinking that one of the side effects of being a car geek and noticing car stuff everywhere, is that I tend to visualize cars that are mentioned in songs, in more detail than they're actually described. If anyone else does this, they're probably on TCL, and I'd be interested to see what other people have come up with. Here are a few of mine. By the way, I've never really been a music-video guy, so it's possible that there are videos for these songs that show a different car than what I imagined...
The Chevy '69 in "How Bizarre" is a blue Impala 2-door with a black vinyl top:

The stolen cars passing through the night in The Fugees' "No Woman No Cry" are 2-door G-body Cutlasses:

The flatbed Ford in "Take It Easy" is an early '60s model like this, but I see it in faded red with a longer bed (most people probably visualize the girl instead of the truck

And finally, Nicki Minaj's "hooptie hooptie hoop" is a 1996 Altima in that plum color that a lot of them were:

Whenever I hear Vehicle by Ides of March, I imagine an early '70s Marquis like this. The lyrics well I'm the friendly stranger in the black sedan suggest something less obvious than a Lincoln or Cadillac but just as pimpin.
