This is my first new car and I was wondering if VW makes you go in for their 5000, 10000, 20000 mile checkups? i am asking this because I am very tempted and I might mod my car before the 2 years are up. I know that some dealers let you mod but all the ones near me do not recomend that I mod my car. I was wondering if I can skip the 20000 check up. Has anyone skipped there 20000 check up?

its not required for you... they are optional checkups of course.. but theyre free so what the hell.. why not?
I modded my car before the warranty... yea i regretted that

... as long as the mods dont cause damage to ur car, then the warranty will be fine

If anything does go wrong.. simply take off the mods...

It's YOUR car, YOU bought it, YOU can do whatever you want with it, but if YOU go too far it's gonna be YOU that pays for it!
