That boost gauge=void thread got me thinking. I'm on the opposite end of that spectrum.
I can't be the only one. Maybe we only talk about the dealers that void, void, void or something.
I get all the coverage expected for what I've done. The dealer works with me on everything and wouldn't leave me hanging. Maybe I'm lucky. They always crowd around and really like what I've done.

Im assuming since your in Columbus you would be refering to Byers VW. I have heard great things about that dealer. I got my car from Dave Walters in Akron, Ohio, and I think that they are also a great Ohio dealer.

The guys in the service dept. at Osborne VW here in Denver first got real interested in my car when I had them align my e-codes. That day they also asked about the TT pedals. Ever since then, whenever I go in they've been real cool. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

I wouldn't say my dealer jumps up and down, but they are interest in what I've done. The service bay is full of dubbers who are continually modding their cars. I've mentioned this before, but the shop foreman has a 392 whp 16v Scirocco that he's built and is in the process of "modifying" his 2001 GTI.
When it comes to getting the car serviced, they have no problem with my mods.

What's your dealer? I'm in VA and might be willing to drive to get service done there.

Not my ride , but 2 times I've been to the dealer and had them go past me in line and help the girl in the Red Accord behind me and check out her rims & body kit

Its the little things like that make going to the to dealer a pleasure.
Anyone know the girl
that drives a yellow MKIII that works over at Fairfax Honda ?

YES. Liberty VW in Libertyville, Illinois is fantastic. Many of the guys that work their drive heavily modded VWs (one drives a MKIII 1.8t conversion, one drives a gutted MKIV fully modded with racing seats, charactere body kit, etc... etc.. one drives a 2001.5 Passat 1.8t with exhaust, boost guage, S4 rims, etc....) They are very mod friendly and a great dealership to be at.
