i'm always willing to help girls out, but i kinda don't have transportation at the moment. i found out that i don't have enough compression in my 2nd and 4th cylinders. so basically i need to rebuild mine or buy another one, which will probably be cheaper. you can come and get me, yeah right. sorry

If this is who I think it is, what's up?
Is the car still drivable? If you can get it over to Adam's or to my boy Rick's house, it shouldn't be a problem. Oh, and I work for beer, not food. Food has too many calories.

Adam and I are going to be swapping a motor at his house on Saturday. If you can get over there early enough we should be able to knock both jobs out at the same time.
I have an 8V clutch disc with maybe 500 miles on it that you can have, but I don't have a pressure plate. If you can scrounge that up along with the pressure plate bolts you're set.
I'm going to Scott's on Saturday. I need to put on the party shoes and throw some drinks down after this week.

Pat, if you and Adam want to knock this thing out on Saturday, I'd be more than happy to come up there and give you hand with the engine swap, too. Nothing before noon, though...I'm going out to Buzz Friday night. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif Shouldn't take too long to do, but make sure you have some 2x4s around so we can get the car high enough to get a jack under it.

I'd have to do this on Sunday. Saturday I'm (hopefully) swapping out my valve springs and cams, as well as installing my coil-overs. We were shooting for Sunday to do Adam's engine. If we don't get it done in one day, I don't think it's a big deal. He has like three cars, so we should have time to do a clutch.
I think Scott's is going to get started by 9:30. I have to warn you all though, I am going to get F'd up. Probably not falling asleep on an amp rack F'd up, but pretty toasted none-the-less.
This, of course, all depends on the attorneys getting their ****e together so I don't have to work all weekend.
