"How come I'm rice for lowering my car?"
You drive an econobox. Any gains you'll get from lowering your car will be unseen since you can't get to a high enough speed to see them.

Frequent Gripes Answered:
"How come having a turbocharged car isn't as cool as supercharged, ram air, or NA?"
Couple reasons. Bottom line is.. turbocharged cars just aren't as cool. Yes, they are more efficient than supercharged cars, but its how they do it. Turbochargers are required to "spool up" before you see any real gain, resulting in more high-end power, but not as much low-end power. I am a lazy person, I don't like to shift, therefore its nice to be able to get power from anywhere.. revving up to 7500 RPMs just to pass a minivan isn't just cool. The point loss here is designed to partially offset the horsepower point gain (which should be alot, if turbochargers are really all that efficient). Plus.. the word 'supercharged' just sounds so much more bad-ass than 'turbocharged', sorry.

I drive a Datsun 510 w/KA24DE. I am a loser. My car sucks.
Supposedly I'll never get my car up to a speed where handling really makes a difference... That makes sense.

Is that why my car has max torque at 1850?

I know it's supposed to be funny, but it really seems mostly like some high schooler who thinks he knows about cars.

Wahoo! I'm a 79. Well, that's what my Contour SVT got... let me try the BMW.
Well... the BMW only earned a 54. I almost cried then noticed it said that a BMW 535is was an 'econobox'. Sporty? Maybe not. Super fast? Nope. Econobox? I don't think so.

Pretty much. And we let these kids infect other kids. The anti-rycers have gotten as bad and as ignorant as the rycers they laugh at...
