Does your CD Changer make a noise in the speakers when you turn the car on?

My speakers make a noise when i first turn the car on if the cd changer was in the middle of playing a song when i last turned the car on. Sort of like the noise you get when you drop the needle on to a record. Anyone else have this happen, is it normal? I have a Panasonic Disc Changer...

I don't think i have anything in the cd changer, as it has done this since i first installed it, which was at christmas time. Anyone else have this problem??

honestly i don't think it's damaging or harmful, i just think it's somewhat annoying and was looking to see if anyone knew what it could be...
