driver's seat loose again - opinions needed

At 15k miles I complained to the dealer that my driver's seat felt loose when taking off from stand still. It felt like it actually moved back a little. Dealer said they could not locate problem, but after I sent a nasty letter, they said VW wants to make me happy, so they replaced the whole seat frame. They said that a rep from VW would be noting this problem etc. Car was in the shop for two days. Seat was nice and firm once fixed.
Now I am at 26k miles, and I feel the problem coming back. What do you guys think I should do? Even though I am passed warranty shouldn't they fix it for free. It is a recurring problem fixed already under warranty. A loose seat could become a serious issue in a crash. Anyone with a similar experience?

no seriously, it may be something other than the attachment to the frame itself. for example, could it be that the base was installed at a slight angle? or could it be the cushioning in the seat itself that is giving the impression of movement but is unrelated to the frame? how bad can you feel it?

Possible. Could even be the cushion or back seat adjustment mechanism that has a little "give"
