Dub in Alexandria......

Saw a new style blue Jetta in Old Town Alexandria VA yesterday around 4. Car looked slammed but no other visible mods as I went by. Anyone's that stops by here? How was it lowered?

My sister lives in Alexandria. I went to visit her in July. I thought I was in heaven because every other car on the road was a modded VW. Ah, paradise!
