Let me guess - you keep the duck wedged between your dash and the windshield normally, right? I can tell by the way the head is bent back - been there myself a long time ago.
Mine was iced out with gold chains though

Moot point. He wouldn't have the parcel shelf installed even without the tie bar in place.

yeah my parcel shelf is long gone, so I couldnt tell ya.
I know there are plenty of bars out there that you can use it with
im not to sure about this one

yeah I duno.. im keepin an eye on it but OMP makes quality stuff..
what its doing it creating a box type structure with the rear suspenshion..
stock you have a U shape strut> |_____|
