[Fallacy]

My e-brake froze up on me this morning... is there a way to loosen it up so im not driving with my brake on the whole time??... next time its cold like last night ill just park it in 4th with no brake haha

Damn man..if I can remember yesterday you had issues with yer MKIV lights..today this mess... man just sell it

Kiddin..My ebrake froze/siezed up on me last year...wasnt fun..and deff not a fun bill..had to replace basically everything in the back brakes...

thats what i meant, my bad.. yea.. mk4 lights im puttin off till friday.. im gonna make my own brackets.. the brakes are okay now but i was just wondering what i should do if it happened again

If you have to get it unstuck, take a bucket of hot water and pour it throught the wheel so that is covers the brake caliper. Then don't use the e-brake until you get the e-brake cables replaced...........

Maybe some anti-sieze compound where the E-brake cable is exposed to the caliper??so water won't get in there and rust the cable.I installed new E-brake cables and forgot to do that

My e-brake constantly freezes in the up and down position.... I have gone through a set or rear pads already.
