Was heading to fill up my 17 1.4 and when I went to start my car that had around 80 miles to E, I got a check engine light and ecu light at the same time and was getting some weird rpm changes and hard to drive. Ran my code reader and got a p053f & p0087. My car is going to the dealer this weekend to get the latest recall addressed (loose fuel rail bolts). Would you think that these two codes would be fixed after?

Both those codes are fuel related, seems likely

Both have to do with fuel pressure. Could be a bad pump or injector. But if the fuel rail leak is big enough it could cause it as well. Is there a repair available now for the recall? I got a letter as well but it said there’s no repair yet, but that was a couple months ago. Just had my car at the dealer too forgot to ask them about that.
