Ack, Electircal problems

After cleaning my windows, I decided to open the hood and check the oil level. Well, when I pulled the latch, my dash, gauge and exterior lights go on (except the head lights). Odd.
So I banged the dash a few times, and they went out. When I closed the door they went on again. I came to the conclusion that it was the wiring in the dash. So I pulled out the tape deck and moved the wires behind it around. The lights went out. Yay!
Now everything is fine except that my clock is now out. It still lights up when I hit the light switch but it doesnt display anything. Any suggestions/ comments?
Thanks.

Update: It seems like interior light is out too. Dash still goes.
Also, the ashtray light now comes on. (Or I didn't notice it before ;P)
Here are some pics.

Clock with lights on (Other dash lights dont come on, but, that's an older problem)

Wiring behind the tape deck. (The cut wires are a result from tape deck theft.)

The fuse?

I looked at the #3 fuse and checked if it was loose. I havent taken it out yet, but it appears to be fine. I belive it's for the clock, interior lights, cigarette lighter, and radio. A majority of those things seem to work.

Similar problem was related to the light switch; apparently the wire cluster had wiggled loose. After taking apart the dash very carefully, I was able to press the cluster upon the switch and check the other wire connections. Since then, all the switches work according to their design...
