So i've got a MK3 vr6 12v from '92

First off all, my oil pump broke and the oil pressure light came on, because the shaft that connects to the pump was barely spinning the oil pump.

So I replaced the shaft and oil pump, put a new pan on it too.

But now the engine is slightly knocking when warm, it might've done that already or I'm just getting paranoid.
I'd guess my bearings are ****ed because the engine had low oil pressure?

But then again would it only knock when the engine is hot?
Here is a video of the engine hot & knocking, this was when I noticed it the first time.

What is your guys there opinion?
Thanks in advance!

So I pulled the caps off and found one spot with a scratch in it. I can feel it with my nail
Shoe Personal protective equipment Auto part Shock absorber Metal

Sports equipment Bicycle part Wood Horseshoe Crankset

The one with the scratch is the second bearing from the left
Could i just sand and polish it out?
Gas Auto part Metal Motor vehicle Vehicle brake

Would this have caused my knock? Or should i pull the main bearings too?
