[Dolphins99]

(1998 Jetta 2.0L)
Can anyone help me with the following error. The CEL comes on intermittenly. When I start the car the rpm goes to 2000 then comes back down to a normal idle.

17884 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump: Insufficient Vacuum
P1476 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
