Euro Bumper with headlight squirter?

I saw a pic of some euro bumpers and there are little bumpers on the front of front bumper. i haven't seen this before and someone told me there headlight squirters. i was wondering if the headlight squirters could be removed and if so would they leave any marks? so once they are removed the would look just like regular euro bumpers? The pics i saw the bumpers were not mounted on the car so does anyone have pics of euro bumpers with head light squirters mounted on a scirocco II.
