couple of questions.
1) if you get a boser blick hood custom made...is the grill off the shelf?
2) if you get the defacto 16X9 wheels woudl you need to roll your fenders?
3) will the fronts be 16X9 also? will they rub or is there a magic offset
4) what kinda tires go on a euro look 16X9? 215? or a wussy 235?

Not sure about the wheels other than I'm not sure that 9's would fit without some magic. The only grill I've seen with the blicks are the 2 or 3 row badgeless grilles. If you're talking european then you'd want the 215's so your wheels lip sticks out..scary!

holy shiiiit the wheels are 9X16 with a et of 15
offset of 15 what does this mean? does it mean im mexican?

i think you gottta roll the fenders in the back but in the front i think 16X9 will rub whatever you do

With 17X8.5 (205/50) fronts I had to roll the fenders. I'm also running H&R adapters which make them more like 9's in front & 10 in the rear.

I have 18x8 with H&R adaptors up front, and 18x10 with H&R adaptors in the back. I also have coilovers and sit at a 2.75 inch drop if not lower. I dont bottom out unless I am speeding and I dont rub except for under REALLY hard cornering. You should be ok. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

see the thing is i dont think you will rub if you didnt have spacers and i flygti you have porsche wheels right?
i assume
i dont imagine the backs rubbing (16X9) if i didnt have spacers (sticking out enough right?) the fronts probably wont rub when i have the wheel locked to the left or right if it was 17X7.5
if i was right to assume this then im going to get this set up...anyone with more insight?

Yeah I have Porsche wheels. In an earlier post you said 9x16 and it confused me, which is it?? are you getting 16 inch tall wheels that are 9 inches wide or vice versa?? If you are getting 16 inch tall by 9 wide you will have no problem whatsoever. I am
saying this with bigger wheels in all area's.
Edit: I just reread this.....if you are getting 9x16 inch rims I swear I will confiscate your car and never let anyone see what you have done to it.

its all wacked out cause in europe its 9X16 and here is 16 X9 (16 inch diamater wheels 9 inch wide)
i hope it works ....16X9 and 16X7.5 in the front

1 - im getting a custom boser and ordering a badgeless.. i may even run no grille for a while this way i could mold it in to my bumper.. you can order some good stuff from tuning zubehor
2 - yeah i would roll them just to be safe.. it's only about 100 bucks or so anyway
3 - the fronts would rub more than the back
