Will the Euro tailights for the '94-97 passat with the trunk keyhole in the light fit a 93 or 94 passat tailight without the keyhole in the light... meaning is it a plug n play or slight modification or not fit at all...

Do you mean sedan or variant ?
Variant is possible, the outer lights do fit but you need a trunk lid from a B4.
