You could use the Euro rebar and your US rad support. However, if you do the Euro rad support, and Euro spec lights will fit easily, just bolt right in. The Euro rad support is also lighter compared to the US spec as well.
Only downside to doing the Euro rad supprot is having to have to discharge the AC, and possibly losing some coolant with the install.
